Duties of the Department of Cultural Management
Advise the Director of the Department:
1. Develop plans, projects, projects, and programs for cultural development, socialization in the field of culture and family in the locality and appraise investment and development projects related to the field of culture and family under the authority of the Department in the province;
2. State management of enterprises, associations and non-governmental organizations in the field of culture and family;
3. Implement international cooperation on culture and family when assigned or authorized;
4. Provide professional guidance on culture and family; the movement of the entire people building a cultural life and village conventions and regulations for the Department of Culture and Information at the district level;
5. Organize research, apply scientific and technological advances, build information systems, archives to serve cultural and family work; movement for the whole people to build a cultural life and village conventions and regulations;
6. Advise the Director of the Department to manage the state according to the authority on culture and family as prescribed in Clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, Article 3 of Decision No. 18/2023/QD-UBND dated March 14, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee;
7. Advise the Director to implement development cooperation activities in the field of culture and family;
8. Direct the training, fostering and coaching of local cultural and artistic talents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of the Department.
